In my master thesis project, I have investigated the status change in Mammal species of four different orders (Carnivora, Perissodactyla, Artiodactyla and Proboscidea) since ’70s until today. I tested the effect of biological traits and geographic distribution on species’ trend of status and filled the knowledge gap about the temporal change in extinction risk of these taxonomic orders.
