About myself and my research

I studied Biology at the University of L’Aquila and earned a Master’s degree in Ecology and Ethology for Nature Conservation at the University of Parma.

I completed an internship at the National Research Council (CNR) in Milan, where I specialized in remote sensing and aquatic ecosystems, with a particular focus on the ecological role of macrophytes.

I am also a scientific illustrator and am currently the Secretary of the National Coordination Group for Key Biodiversity Areas (KBA).
